Is this another situation where someone says their car is "Dinan Tuned" but what it really has is a couple accessories from Dinan stuck on the car somewhere?

It probably is really dinan tuned. In very un-Dinanlike fashion, the tune for this car is really reasonable. It's $300, which is no more expensive than any other aftermarket tune. Unlike my N55 335, which cost the PO $2000 to tune. Thing is, Dinans tunes dont make as much power as almost every other aftermarket option. Warranties or not, they're really a waste of money.

Hhhmmmm is right. Dealers are asking 12K+ for the same car with more miles and no tune. KBB on the other hand says it's barely work 6K. I friend of mine had an '04 that she paid $5500 3 or 4 years ago. After the problems I saw her go through, I'd be hard pressed to spend $7K on this one.

I'd take it with a spoonful of salt. But twinpower brings up some good points on cost and what it actually produces.
I'd still expect to see some papers either way.
